How We Do It

Although, we strive to process and ship your Glitz Goodies the same business day, our standard processing and shipping window is 1 to 2 business days, Excluding major holidays. This timespan does not include shipping transit. Shipping transit can vary between 2 to 4 business days depending upon each carrier service. You will receive tracking information for your goodies.

We founded It's the Glitz with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. All sales are final due to the sensitivity of our products. However, accidents do happen. Therefore, items damaged due to transit or design are eligible for an exchange or equal store credit of goods, dependant upon current inventory. Please contact support within 30 days of receipt of your goods to report damage. Photos of item damage will need to be provided with your claim, and we will happily provide a return shipping label via email to return damaged items, and promptly send a replacement.
