How Can We Assist?

What are your payment options?

We accept all major credit and bank cards.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we offer gift cards in various quanities or you can customize your amount. You can also write a custom message.

Do you have a loyalty program?

Of course we do. We aren't your favorite statement jewelry brand for nothing. We think you should be rewarded for your purchases.

How do I know when my order has shipped?

When your order has been processed and sent to the shipping facility, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information.

What is your shipping policy?

 Although, we strive to process and ship your Glitz Goodies the same business day, our standard processing and shipping window is 1 to 2 business days, Excluding major holidays. This time span does not include shipping transit. Shipping transit will vary depending upon each carrier service. This window is usually 2 to 4 days.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final due to the sensitivity of our products. However, accidents do happen. Therefore, items damaged due to transit or design are eligible for an exchange or equal store credit of goods, dependant upon current inventory. Please contact support within 30 days of receipt of your goods to report damage. Photos of item damage will need to be provided with your claim, and we will happily provide a return shipping label via email to return damaged items, and promptly send a replacement.
